Hockey

Overview

The Roseville Skating Center & MN OVAL is home to the Roseville Area Hockey Association (RAYHA), Marauders Girls Hockey, & Mounds View Irondale Youth Hockey Association, as well as the Roseville Area High School Girls & Boys teams. We are also host to a number of private leagues, hockey training camps and adult hockey pick-up games.

The Roseville Skating Center consists of one indoor rink, in addition to the four outdoor hockey rinks available during the OVAL season (Nov-March). The OVAL infield portion is designated as four hockey rinks, while the track portion is used for general skating or speedskating training. The two areas are separated by padding and safety netting.

During designated OVAL Public Skating sessions, the infield of the OVAL can be divided into 4 hockey rinks where patrons can enjoy "pond hockey" style games on professionally maintained ice. It's not uncommon to have up to 100 people playing hockey during a public session.

In the summer, the OVAL has an official inline hockey rink on the smooth concrete surface where kids and adults can practice their inline hockey skills all summer long.
