The banquet facility has rooms to accommodate groups of 20 or 300. The banquet facility hosts wedding receptions, corporate meetings, class reunions and community events of all types.

The Skating Center Banquet Facilities have four room options. The Olympic Room is ideal for large presentations and receptions with a capacity of 250 - 300, depending on set-up needs. It offers a spectacular view of the world-class Guidant John Rose MN OVAL and access to a kitchen, AV equipment and more. For smaller gatherings, the Olympic Room can be divided up into the Rose Room (capacity of 150-200) and Fireside Room (capacity of 40-60).
